What will you do?
Responsible for formulating a business process, technology, information and application architectural framework at the sub-project level and for providing a high level roadmap for the implementation of the architecture. The architecture includes the following artefacts that will be developed and or assembled by the enterprise architects: Technologies, information and application artefacts and related metadata Policies Procedures Standards Principals Objectives. Provides guidance to small and medium projects or sub projects within larger projects of moderate complexity. May consult with domain architects and peers involved in implementation projects.

What will make you successful in this role?
This position will be responsible for successful solutioning and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors technology/processes/integrations as part of implementation and new releases for a hybrid Talent Management model in SuccessFactors with SAP Payroll and Time Management On Premise
*

  • Lead development of SAP SuccessFactors solution blueprint to meet business requirements
  • Successful delivery of HR technology/process deliverables; particularly in the SuccessFactors BizX Talent Modules, including Goals, Performance, Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, Succession, Workforce Planning and Analytics.*
  • This includes implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of SuccessFactors BizX applications
  • configure SuccessFactors modules
  • Assist clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of SuccessFactors HR application solutions.
  • Assist clients in comparison of SAP HCM application solutions and SuccessFactors HR application solutions and making recommendations as to the best-fit for the client’s needs
  • Knowledge of and understanding of the integration between SAP and SuccessFactors via HCI and the future strategic direction of the application roadmap.*
  • Understanding and developing business process requirements with a client that utilize SuccessFactors HR modules to support business needs.

Additional requirements:

  • Bachelor's or equivalent
  • Performance, Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, Succession, Workforce Planning and Analytics.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in HR business process design and development*
  • Strong consulting skills, including analytical thinking, problem solving, and superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Previous SAP HCM Payroll implementation experience
  • Knowledge of and understanding of the integration between SAP and SuccessFactors + third party applications
  • SAP HCM Architecture / Landscape documented and kept up to date with future changes / releases / upgrades or integrations
  • At least two end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations in one or more of the SuccessFactors Talent Management modules
