Sudden Increase in CRC errors on ADSL stats

Hi, I've been using the present ADSL line for about 2 years now and it remains permanently on. Normally CRC errors would be about 200 for a month. Suddenly I'm getting over 2000 in about an hour! Is this worth worrying about and what could be the cause? Thanks

FYI had port reset and CRC errors have dropped to about 2/hr

Dunno if that's acceptable but it wont cause to much grieve in your life. I have zero CRC errors over weeks.

Big improvement on what it was. Also used to have zero for weeks, now I get some (2/hr) which is better that the 2000 I was getting before port was reset!! Line is stable and I don't want Telkom to fiddle to much
