Sudden Lithium Ion Battery discharge

Any advice/recommendations on the following issue would be appreciated:

I have an 8.8 kva Sunsynk inverter and two 5.5 kw Hubble AM2 batteries (and 12 x 460 w solar panels). This is the second time since installation (May 2022) that I noticed my batteries drained downed to 0% (this morning it dropped from 60% down to 0%) in a very short period with no massive loads on the system.

Is this normal?

If not, what could cause my batteries to be discharged rapidly to 0%

Hubble's have been having issues it seems. There are threads in here and on powerforum. Contact the supplier ASAP. Some have been able to fix things with a firmware update I believe
