Sudden terrible 4G speeds

Over the past week or so, Vodacom in my area has suddenly gone from quite good to almost non-existent. On 4G I get a short burst of like a text's worth and maybe a page refresh every 10 minutes. Is there any way to report this sort of thing? Is it actually worthwhile doing so or would I be wasting my time?
 
Mmm ok. Just for the hell of it. Go into your APN settings. If it is set to lte.vodacom.za then create a new one with Name Internet and the APN set to just internet

If that does not work and your neighbors have the same issue....I can try and log this for you.
