Suddenly own 2 telkom accounts

So today I log onto my online MyTelkom portal to check billing and ADSL usage.

I notice 2 new mobile accounts. I've been to 2 branches, they refuse to help since I'm not the owner of the mobile accounts.

They also tell me my Id number linked to another person.

What do I do now?? I've only ever owned a fixed line account.

Lodge a fraud case at the police station.
Take that to Telkom.
Check your credit report and see if they are mentioned there.
Dispute with bureau. Hope you have emails with your interactions.

Keep fighting with Telkom.
Smile that it isn't impacting your credit report.
