So today I log onto my online MyTelkom portal to check billing and ADSL usage.
I notice 2 new mobile accounts. I've been to 2 branches, they refuse to help since I'm not the owner of the mobile accounts.
They also tell me my Id number linked to another person.
What do I do now?? I've only ever owned a fixed line account.
