Every time I try and send an SMS, I get a failure report that says "check network services". They seem fine, because I can phone people quite OK. Anyone had this problem and know what to do?
Yes. Take it to Vodacom or whoever and ask them to reinstall the software. It costs around R100 if in warranty. Alternatively, install the device software on the computer, plug in your phone and select software upgrade. It downloads approximately 50MB off the internet and does the reinstall for you. I'd go for this one. No difference, except it costs nothing, bar the 50MB.
