Some of them yes, some of them no, and depending on the quantities, both sugar and/or sweeteners can be a better or worse choice.

Humberto do they taste good? Where can I get them if they do and how much do they cost?

Sweets, especially chocolate, seem to temporarily lift my mood. It's like a drug. To my knowledge, sugar stimulates serotonin synthesis in the brain.

If I start eating sweets, chocolates or biscuits, I risk eating the whole packet.

I had five of these cookies tonight. I did not feel tempted to have more when the five were finished. Perhaps this is because it is sucrose-free?

I disagree with CSPI on about 25% of their rankings, but I appreciate that they take a very conservative stance.

Your body turns white flour into sugar so no use skipping on sugar when that is what the cookie is made of. :D

Exactly... why worry about the sugar when the rest of the product is mostly refined grains anyway.
