SugarCRM not showing Homepage

Sugar isn't showing the Homepage. It's just blank. Everything else works correctly.
Permissions are correct.

Did it work before? Or is this a new installation?

Perhaps check your config again and ensure there is trailing slashes and your paths are correct.

We upgraded the server.
Used the old install.
We have now upgraded to 5.5

Thanx for the info. Problem not been resolved but will keep on looking into it.
