Just called Data help desk, and was told that the 3g is experiencing problems and dont take my call. why dont you place a sticky with vodacoms technical explanation of the problem and a update report. would help greatly

and once you do get through to them they are of no help whatsoever. Ask for a Senior Consultant, once you get one ask them for a Team Leader. Have still only got a reply back from 1 but have a few versions of what the problem is.

I think the CEO of Telkom and the CEO of Vodacom should have dinner together tonight to try and sort this out.
