Home sweet home :)
Good day all...

Could someone please suggest a 3g router that I could get. Few requirements:

Must have ethernet ports
Must have wifi
Must be available (since all the ones advertised on vodacom sites that do contract upgrades, seems to be discontinued and they dont really care)
Must preferably be from a place that will do "free delivery" (elitemobile dont know what a router is and smartcom have nothing thats actually listed on their site, so any other shops that anyone know about please let me know :)

Any router suggestions is welcome.

I recently purchased the MR3220 special (router + cradle), and it works very well. DBG sales guy reckons R75 for RAM courier to your area.

Give 'em a call and mention you're a MyBB member :)

I have not had very good experience with the TP-link 300N and the Sitecom 300N routers-Niether seems very stable. The on moment i can log on to thier network and then all of a sudden it kicks me out and then i cannot get back in.

I ordered a TP-Link W8960N 300Mbps Wireless N ADSL2+ Router from Uniterm.

I haven't had any major problems with it, but if it's been on for too long, then I loose connection via wireless. And I cannot log into the router to reboot or anything like that. I have to manually turn it off at the wall. After that everything works again. It hasn't happened too often, but it has happened. Not sure what could be causing that.

I have set up the Netgear MBR624GU - it is a good router, however I am disappointed that it does not support the newer modems - Vodacom K4505-Z and K3765 are not supported even on the latest firmware MBR624GU-V6.01.30.61WW .
