Summer Transfers

Spurs didn't give permission for him to be at old trafford for the medical they conducted. Thats blatant tapping up by man utd. They like to complain about madrid but what they did is even worse.

I wonder what the chelsea fans think about roman being beaten by the new money guys.

Owen to Liverpool - think its true?

I would be stunned if that actually happened - I doubt it...

Their legal team was with them the entire time so I reckon everything is above board, even though I was a little concerned about it earlier too. I reckon it is hyped up by the media tbh. They had been in talks for a while beforehand regardingFrazier Campbell as well though which at that stage hinged on the berbatov deal too - so I am sure at some stage permissions were given, but the press didnt get wind of it...

So the big one is certainly Robinho to City - thats confirmed already - new record as well - GBP32.5m

Those new owners arent messing around hey! They have stated that their intention is to make City the biggest club in the EPL - good luck with that...

Ya, with Robinho leading the strike force, they sure as hell have a good chance of scoring lots of goals.

His other intention is to ensure that they are in the top 4 at the end of this season. Now could you imagine the amount of money the Arabs are going to throw around next season if that actually happens

Could even see a 'Ronaldo moves next door" headline...:D

Newcastle have completed the signing of Spain Under-21 striker Xisco, 22, on a five-year deal. Fashionably late, I think you call it nowadays.

This was on the cards for a while now though IIRC...

LoL

Maybe they can finally knock one of the top 4 out

Pfft, like Liverpool? They deserve it with last season's performance. And I suspect Arsenal are going to struggle this season as well - just a hunch considering their lack of interest in the transfer market AFAIK...

The Spurs website says they have agreed to sell Dimitar Berbatov to Manchester United for £30.75m, with Fraizer Campbell going to Spurs on a season-long loan. As part of the deal, Spurs have agreed not to pursue their complaint to the Premier League over Manchester United's pursuit of Dimitar Berbatov.

Great News.

The whole summer he says: I want to leave Real, I want to play for Chelsea, my head is at Chelsea, I cant plat for Real no more, my heart is at Chelsea blah blah.

Wonder how he will play for Abu Dhabi United when his head is at Chelsea?

Some footballers make me sick!

Good 1 for Man U, 21 Sep will be a good game!

But we first trash City...

God I can't wait for Chelsea to play Man City and take out the Mercenary. Essien my son, guess who i want you to man-mark, HARD!
