Sunlight on testes

I read that if you place your testes in direct sunlight for 20 minutes, it increases your testosterone levels by quite a considerable amount.

Is this true or just a myth being perpetuated?

Does anyone here subscribe to this theory and use it regularly? Does it benefit you when gyming, etc?

It's partially true, though instead of 20 minutes you need at least 2 hours, at least.

More testosterone more hair on your back, less on your head! and a red sack to boot... whats the plan, wax / shave for maximum exposure ... still lol'ng at the idea .. mybb does keep one entertained!

Balas Bak is a very very old tradition in SA. It has been done for years. It turns a great country to a ****ty one and further more will help you sustain life without an income. Beware of too much vitamin D on the area as you might pick up a dreaded disease called B.E.E and once this infection is prevalent you are doomed.

in just two weeks. Try it you wont be disappointed, money back guaranteed.

Sounds like we need some empirical evidence. And the sun is shining today in Joburg

Increased testosterone levels? best way is gums on the plums nothing beats that

Tell you this much - when I get drunk around an open fire - there's nothing quite like the feeling of your nuts getting a slight roasting from the flames or coals.
Don't knock it until you've tried it ;)

*sigh* can't wait for the braai tomorrow

Balls of fire?

I thought heat destroys fertility?
