Sunninghill Exchange

Is something up with the sunninghill exchange. Getting packet loss and super high pings. ISP informed me it is my exchange. Sent telkomZA 2 tweets about this now but still no reply. Can someone please tell me if the issue is being resolved

Have you tried a Different ISP's account to try rule out problems with the exchange?

Tried the free 1gb account and still gets the same packet loss

2 Weeks for Telkom seems about the norm. Had a DSL fault not far from Sunninghill and I had to scream and shout to get somebody to pay attention & fix the fault
