Sunsynk 8 kva inverter

The inverter all of a sudden brought up an F13 fault code, came on again but the normal led does not light up, it seems to throttle the pv inputs and using grid moslty
Changed unit to master and moxbus 01, still normal led won't come back on.
Any suggestions?????

Some random googling suggests resetting the inverter and / or contacting support. Not super helpful unfortunately

First thing I would do is contact my installer.

I put everything off, then wait 5-10mins put everything on again
