HiHi

Oky we'll 2011 i took one of my cars(Golf 3) to get new front shocks..rear shocks 2010(still working great)

the car has not even made 45k's on those front shocks and the front right shock is already done for ..left is starting to go as well .. :/

Problem i have is....lost the invoice :(

is there any way i can ask them to replace these shocks?seeing they have 3 year warranty or 70k warranty

or am i screwed

You paid cash or card?
They should have your name and car reg number on their system (if i remember correctly)
Did you fit the cheapest brand they offered?

EFT.. :/ .. i had no cash on me that day ,so my dad paid them EFT and i paid him.

They didn't offer anything..i just said i want new front shocks and there the car went.

should be easy to pull that up from his statement. Take that along and see what they have to say

Might have to ask the bank for a statement from that time period as I now it's not always possible to go far back. They should also have your cars registration and odometer reading on the system from when they replaced the shocks. If Supa Quick gives you kuk complain directly to Monroe.

So got my new shocks in :)...

asked my dad to send me the payment statement..went to them ,they took the payment went on their system and reprinted my invoice..

He had a look at the shocks and tested them..took them out and saw the one was leaking oil ..so happy me received new shocks :)

How does the warranty work this time? Does the old 70k/3yrs still apply or is a new one now?
