super fast IS uncapped

Had anyone else been getting super fast IS uncapped ? i am downloading trixbox from sourceforge at 300KB/s on a 1 meg line, i thought it was hard limited to 1MB at the cisco router?

Unless its cached at IS, but will they cache a 655mb iso ?

I don't see why they wouldn't cache it... especially if its a frequently downloaded file. It's in their interest to cache it.
