It is because they are still mucking around in kindergarten. Poor discipline is what costed them a sure victory. They can be glad that the Rebels are also still in diapers.

Now, SARU must ask themselves what is up with the Sharks and the Bulls? There is clear evidence that the Kings are progressing. The Cheetahs have depth issues, but money may be a cure. Okay, the Bulls also has money troubles, but what about the Sharks?

I will also question the Stormers, they also succumbed to the Lions due to piss poor discipline. The issue is much larger than our skill level. Our work ethic is pathetic.
