Super Saturday terminated

Johannesburg - After close to 10 years of entertaining viewers on a Saturday morning, it has been decided that SuperSport's multiple award-winning show Super Saturday will be discontinued at the end of March.

The main reason for the discontinuation of Super Saturday is the fact that the show clashes with live sport like the Super 14 for three months of the year as well as other events like F1 and cricket.

An amicable agreement has been reached between the show's sponsors, Vodacom, and anchor Neil Andrews. Andrews will continue with SuperSport as a presenter of PSL and English soccer.

If I still had DTSV this would be one of the few things I would watch.

Seems MNet have a deathwish - why can't they just reschedule it to another time or another day ?

Am a HUGE fan. Been watching it from the get-go. Specially get up on a Sat morning to watch. The best, live SA chat-show on Telly, by far.Gonna miss them. Hope it's an April fool's joke.

Seeing how 'wonderfull' multichoice's choices has been recently I doubt it.
