Supergirl TV Series

Looks incredibly boring just like The Arrow, The Flash, Gotham, Agents of Shield. Too much Superhero crap everywhere.

Couldn't disagree more. Love those shows.

I don't have high hopes for Supergirl, simply cause it's probably directed to the teenage female demographic.

So just watched the pilot. Can't say it was great, but didn't expect much as it's on CW (they don't have a huge budget) and I'm not really who the show it targeted at.

There were a couple of funny parts, it's more like The Flash than dark and serious like Arrow.

I'll give it a few episodes when it starts and then see how it goes. These shows usually need a few episodes to get their footing.

One thing that really irritated me was that they never said the name "Superman", it was always "him/my cousin/the man in blue". I'm guessing that's due to naming rights. Still, I cringed every time they said it.

I am sooooo with you on this one.

To boot, the whole family is off doing their own thing this weekend, so me and my boy are going to the cinema for movies, dinner then another movie. I want to rate Furious 7 and Mad Max. He wants to watch Avengers. Noooooooo.
Suppose I will have to give up one of my choices for him :)

Seen both Furious 7 and Avengers: AOU.

Would definitely choose AOU over F7.

Haven't see Mad Max so can't comment.

Saw both Furious 7 (April) & Mad Max (May) but not Avengers.

Between the 2 I saw if you dig intense non-stop off your seat action with little dialogue Mad Max is game.

If you love nostalgia with witty; dialogue; great action & relatively-moving storyline then Furious 7 is your game.

My 2c...

Hmmm... Going to have to see both then. Maybe we just go for a hat trick and watch everything.

Lets be honest, it didn't 'leak'

The studio is testing the water. The trailer already was ****. this even more ****. I'd rather stick to arrow or flash if I really have to. oh well they got to keep the girls and man-girls happy somehow :D

This man girl enjoyed it, okay, much like I enjoyed vampire diaries :) It's different and I like it, if I have to see one more zombie based series, I will have to eat my own brains.

As apposed to a vampire/werewolf based series?

Zombies are far more annoying than vampires :P Never watched True Blood or the walking dead couldn't be bothered, do enjoy supernatural, started with the first season of grimm, but it looks like supernatural on a budget....pretty crappy.

supergirl is some thing new, and very different to smallville which is welcomed, still haven't seen all on smallville doubt I ever will same old different season.Tastes differ :p

Dean Cain cameo was fun, man he got old

I've seen worse from the of the CW stable.
