When trying to order the 10Gb OTG internet in Supersonic there is some very strange on their portal or I'm Krazy!

Why oh why oh why does is charge for?
10Gb OTG service @R99/pm
10Gb Internet SIM @R99/pm
OTG Delivery Fee @R99/once
TOTAL Monthly R198.00/pm

Was it is not advertised @R99/pm

Why would you want to sign up with Supersonic?
Maybe search the forum and read some threads before you sell your soul!
 
Do not Trust them. They will reduce pricing as the market gets more competitive. But they don't even share the savings with loyal custemers who advocate and promote there products. I have convinced close to 30 of my collages and gamer friends in Steam, epic games, Twich to use supersonic. And that's all over the place. Now I am going back to them all and suggest to join a different ISP they offer double the bandwidth for R300 less per MONTH than I am currently paying for . Thus upgrading me from a 100 down 50 up connection to a 200 up 200 down.

That is settled. Good buy Supper Sonic. (YOU SUCK) FEEL CHEATED AFTER RECOMMENDING YOU FOR SO LONG.

I cant even get them to phone me during business hours. They had me on the WhatsApp assistance for 5 hours. Promising to get back to me with no joy.

They don't even have the decency to tell my they will respond later.

Done with there dishonesty, bad service. Bad management as if you send your detail for the supervisor to phone you. They don't even respond.

In general I am sick of Supersonic. And if MTN WANTS TO ACCOCIATE WITH SUPER SONIC I will change cellular service provider's as well.

Supersonic was one of the best ISP*S Now they seem to have dropped the ball.
