I cancelled my Supersonic account in July due to their poor service. Nothing was debited from my account in August. Now, 2 months later, I receive an SMS stating that Supersonic has loaded a debit order of R1000 against me! It's like "Night of the Living Dead" - just as soon as I think I'm rid of you, you strike from the grave.
I tried phoning them this afternoon and was number 44 in the queue. Now they probably expect me to spend another R150 on airtime just to get this sorted (Using the WhatsApp line is pointless.).
I have never run my own business and I can only imagine how stressful it must be, but f-ing hell Supersonic - sort out your sh^t! Not billing your customers for a service they didn't use and having more than 2 call centre operators on duty, can't be that difficult to implement????
