Not a very supersonic response. Does not bode well. Saw the sponsored article, filled out the fields - last week if I'm not mistaken. Not a peep, nada from them. Idea was to get info for my sister in law as a possible early subscriber. Anybody else get an answer?

This is vapor wear for a product that isnt even released yet. Trana wireless has just been making alot of promsies and posted a bad youtube video of how this all works.

Now Supersonic is advertising something they dont even have or might not even ever get. Dont hold your breath..

It's really looking like smoke and mirrors at this stage.
They did not even send out an automated mail to just notify and acknowledge that they received the show of interest.

I tried to get some more info on this as was genuinely interested and received the response below - looks like I'll probably get fibre in the area before this rolls out.

"Kindly note the following: Unlimited air Fibre is a campaign to gage interest for Tarana a potential product which is a new product that we will be launching early this year. It is a connectivity product like Fibre and F-LTE except it uses Microwave technology. The campaign will run in specific targeted areas depending on the show of interest.

Please contact 010 900 1911 or email us on [email protected] to find out more.
kind regards."

MTN is rated the best network, by what standards, since no 4g or 5g or fibre is available in Durban.

Not sure what you mean on the 4G part, they have a healthy fixed and non-fixed coverage in Durban and the surrounding areas according to their map and users here, the 5G and Fibre part sure, but I wouldn't be surprised if an expansion happens this year.

Rain and Telkom fixed Lte speeds are pathetic, I am hoping that Mtn fixed Lte, "the Best Network" would be available, and I am speaking off uncapped or 1Tb

Yep, true to both of those, and MTN should definitely be available with speeds on good routers reaching up to 240mbps, and averaging 100mbps like me even in a remote area with a single tower.
