Any suggestions who I can talk to at Supersonic / MTN to get this sorted out?

The Supersonic website and process to apply for a contract is very confusing and is contradicted by Supersonic staff.

On the website they advertise various packages - amongst others a broadband 60/60 Gb, with a sim only option (I have the correct router already.) So I went online and tried to apply but experienced problems with some of their screens hanging. So I called in and spoke to a lady at sales who told me that I have to take a router and sign a 2 year contract. I told her that the website says different but she was arrogant, and adamant with a - take it or leave it, attitude.

I then applied via their Whatsapp number and confirmed that I have the required router already and only want a sim and only want to enter a month to month contract. Everything was approved and I was told that somebody would call me today to finalise the order. It was the same woman! She is still adamant that I cant get what their website advertises nor what the sales team and I agreed to yesterday.

Please help.

Go to Afrihost, so much better :) plus there is support on here regarding all AH stuff.
 
Save yourself the future pain and find another ISP while you still have the opportunity.

I'm with Afrihost. Not supersonic. I have tried telling Afrihost their network is ****. All they do is make me do tests, and then redo the tests. They refuse to acknowledge an issue
