Supersonic cancellation

Hi guys what's the easiest way to cancel my supersonic LTE. I sent emails but no response

The cancellation email is hidden deep in their T&C's section. Did you mail that one?

Once they get the mail, you can wait a number of days before a response...

EDIT: PS, this is the only way to cancel your LTE. I asked them why they don't have an easy cancel button in their client zone and let them know that finding the bloody email address was convoluted.
 
I SO wish I can cancel mine, but it's the only available service that works properly in my area ( when it works ).

Hello,
I have sent them four emails for over a month. Email to accounts saying why I had put a stop on my debit order, checked with first line support that emails had been received.
All to no avail.
 
Cancelled my Supersonic account end Nov 2022. It was cancelled Dec 2022. Had to contact them to double check that the service is indeed cancelled - requested a call back on the website and was contacted within 10minutes.
The service consultant quickly confirmed the cancellation is done and sorted a RAM courier to collect the router next week.
All in all, smooth and quick service!

Had a Fixed LTE contract and 100% confirmed the contract is cancelled - not sure whether that means they 'released' my line yet but I am officially just liable to return the F2Use router and that is me done!

Oh sorry thought it was a fiber contract, I cancelled my fiber contact with them, but couldn't get them to release my line so that I could use a different ISP.
