hey guys ,

is there a better wat to contact them for support? staying for hours on hold with nothing being resolved

the replacement sim i requested came yesterday and activated today nice but its a new package... was just suppose to be a replacement for the one i had that was damaged
 
Having similar frustrations with getting my fibre line activated.
Fkn useless
 
the whatsapp line is even more useless than the call centers
 
I have been waiting for a sim and router for over a month. They did dispatch it about 3 weeks ago but used the wrong cell number so it was cancelled.

Cant go pick it up because no one is in the office and working from home
 
Message them via Facebook messenger, had much better support using that method.
