Well they didn't even bother to reply on this thread or pm me, so I think you're right on that. My friend decided to go to hello Peter eventually got a generic response of "sorry for the delay we will be in contact with the relevant department to get it sorted".

He is considering canceling the order with Supersonic and going with CISP, problem is that he's not sure if it's the ISP or FNO taking long with the install. @PBCool is there maybe anyway to find out if install would be quicker with you guys for him? He was told FNO is vodacom, and then a few days later got told it's changed to FrogFoot.

Best is to plug address into an ISPs website and see what options are avaliable if they saying its one then another they sound like they have no idea what's going on
