Supersonic has outdone themselves.

So earlier this year I had this massive fight with the incompetent Supersonic about the "early" cancellation of my fibre line. After getting ISPA involved, I eventually got the issue sorted - also only two months later. But, eventually I got rid of them and thought everything's sorted. I can move on with my life.

Or so I mistakenly thought.

Now, all of the sudden, I get slapped with two invoices that were about to go off on my account, had I not noticed something peculiar with receiving an sms from Supersonic.

Turns out, they had some billing issues in December last year. When I contacted them back then, I was told that nothing was wrong, the odd amount was correct. And a month later, when another invoice didn't go off my account, and I again asked about it, I got the same response that nothing was amiss.

NOW all of the sudden they ****ing wake up and realised they ****ed up, and now I'm liable for those amounts.

The incomptency is shocking!!
Moral of the story - DON'T USE SUPERSONIC!! And I will make a point of it to complain on Social Media.
