Supersonic not delivering.

We signed up with Supersonic for 10 down 10 up fibre from Vumatel. Then Vumatel increased the speed to 20/20. But Supersonic switched us to MTN (Airfibre) without any notifications or permission. Now most of the time our download speed is under 3 mbs. Upload speed is 12 to 15. This is not playing the game.
When I do a speed test it shows as MTN Business. Not Vumatel. We pay R700ain't onth for this and the cheapest air fibre is about R400. Something ain't right.

Your Speedtest would not say vumatel, vumatel just supplies your physical line. Supersonic data on your vuma line would show MTN

That said, a quick search of this forum will show you that supersonic is terrible.. best move to a new isp and save your breath trying to deal with them.

Supersonic is unfortunately MTN. Just big companies that don't care about the little guy.

You're probably thinking of vumatels branded Speedtest site
