I have been having issues with viewing supersport Live for the past few weeks.
The first e-mail was sent on the 8th of Feb and since then had numerous e-mails between me and supersport about the issue.
The problem"
"The live video stream is for registered DSTV subscribers only. If you have your smart card number click here to add it to your profile."
I've been for years a Premium Subscriber and never had issues with streaming live sport before. My smartcard is registered, but it still doesn't want to work.
Supersport support have now reset my account lots of time and at times it works for a short while till the above error comes up again.
So, I wanted to check if anyone else had this problem with supersport before?
Just to note:
I have tried on various PCs/Tablets and it didn't work.
Used different browsers, but doesn't work.
Deleted cookies and cache, but still doesn't work.
I like watching sports on my second screen while busy with games and other activities on the PC.
Maybe there is another soul out there whom had this issue and managed to get it sorted. If you have PLEASE help!!
