Supersport Streaming Issue Online

Hi guys,

I want to watch a match live on the supersport website. Last year this used to work easy, I just link my smart card number on my Supersport account and the match would stream. Now when I give it a try, it wont let me stream...it says I need to be a registered DSTV subscriber - I dont get this part because I am a DSTV premium subscriber, so I would assume this would work. I got Silverlight installed and the DSTV Desktop player installed

What is going on?

You would have to phone Multichoice. They need to reset something on their side.

I battled with the service, it turned out I needed to verify one of my phone numbers before it worked.
