Supersport streaming on Android 5.0 with root

Supersport streaming refuses to work on either of my devices. Both are running rooted Lollipop (cm12). Can someone with Lollipop and root please confirm that the stream works so that I can chase it up with DSTV? Thanks.

Not rooted, but running 5.0.1 and Supersport streaming doesn't work for me either. Pretty sure it's not root that's the problem but their app isn't lollipop compatible...

I'm on 5.0.1 and the stream just shows the loading icon over wifi and on cellular it says its not available in my country.

Same here. Thought it was because I was using CM12.

If it is root thats the problem Xposed + RootCloak would work. But in all likelihood its the SS app.

Running rooted 5.0.2, just infinite loading icon for me too.

Alternatively use temporary unroot on supersu

It's not a root issue. It's a Lollipop issue. Go read the reviews on the play store...
