Supplements - Whey protein

Havent used them, But they seem legit?


For whey, just buy doorman,
they post to you, decent taste, decent protein.
 
Used them before. Everything went fine. But that was some time ago, maybe a year ago, stopped using whey due to the pure version prices having skyrocketed up. Cheap versions have a lot of additives.

Cheaper to just get chicken. Typical 150g portion chicken breast fillet gets you 40-45g protein.

I would not be surprised if it is healthier also.
 
Used them a bunch, but DAMN whey protien seems to have been hit much harder by inflation that I thought. Last time a got a special of 3kg nutritech whey protien for R600. So yeah they are fine, but shop around for prices before just ordering. 2 years back if you were on R200 per kg of whey it would have been an ideal price. Now I dont know anymore.

Seems a normal "good" price to work on these days are around R300 per Kg.

I have used them multiple times and service is excellent. I haven't bought in about 2 years though because I use less protein but in the past they were excellent.

Use them frequently, fast turnaround, and a lot of time they ship the same day payment clears, also have a loyalty program which is a nice discount bonus for your next purchase.
 
whey protein is horribly priced these days
per 1kg of actual protein chicken fillet works out 1/2 or less the price of whey
