Who are they?
My client, a software development company focusing on financial services software, based in Woodstock is looking for a Support Developer to join their growing team.
What will you do?
• Manage system issues that arises from many interconnected systems
• Assist with deployments as needed
• Participate in daily progress meetings of production incidents
• Track and maintain incidents and issues within the system
• Own the solution – and oversee the problem through to resolution
• Proactively monitor and identify the system and environments
• Investigate and resolve 3rd-party data issues
• Analyse the source of issues in production and QA environments
• Refactor legacy code and fix technical debt
• Report on incident-progress and time-to-resolve
Can you apply?
• Degree in Computer Science (not negotiable)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in .NET and C#
• A working knowledge of, and experience in, MS SQL
• Past experience in a support environment with developers
• Exposure to, and experience in, the financial services industry
• An extensive knowledge of Windows Server
