Support for Gigaset S685IP

I have a Gigaset S685IP that has been running VOIP fine but some other settings just do not work.

The 2 main problems:

1. The setting for handset line type for incoming calls is disabled for the fixed line but I still receive calls on the fixed line. I would like to block all incoming calls on the fixed line but still be able to make outgoing calls.

2. Call forwarding when activated shows active on the handset but no forwarding occurs. The incoming call just gets disconnected.

Anyone have something similar or know about this?

There have been no firmware updates for about 2 years.

I have tried reinstalling the firmware but this does not help.
 
In addition I also have the following problems.

3. The function to import an address book to the handset from the web interface never imports all the contacts and usually also returns an error that it cannot import all entries. There is not information available from Siemens about this error.

4. The Gigaset Quicksync cannot connect to my phone via bluetooth o matter what I do. They do not supply support for this software in any form that I can find on their website.

Any help would be appreciated.
 
I doubt you will get proper support on a forum regarding these questions, as they seem to be quite serious issues.

I would suggest you visit your nearest Siemens Customer Service Center. Maybe they have firmware not made available to the public.
