Were Looking for a full time Support engineer to join our team, ( 10K -15k / Month)
Spec.
Provide 1st and 2nd Line Support onsite or remotely
Escalate unresolved calls and update the electronic logging systems
To Provide technical assistance to all Clients,
Provide detailed technical reports on faults and keep all parties involved updated
Communicate with clients and all other parties on support issues in a professional manner
Requirements
Matric
Relevant IT Qualifications
3 years relevant experience in IT
2 years experience in a remote support environment.
Valid Drivers License and a Car Or Bike (essential).
