Supreme Commander - UEF Ending

I've just completed the UEF campaign in SupCom - but right at the end when I walk into the UEF control centre the game screen goes black and nothing happens further. I have to use Ctrl-Alt-Del to exit the game. Anyone else experienced this problem? It's a real anti-climax.

I presume you have the latest version - build 3220.

Thanks Meisteral. I have downloaded and applied the patch. Unfortunately I would not see that ending anyway as I've already moved on to the next faction campaign - and written over my UEF saved files.

Hopefully the next end scene is fine or I'm sure you'll be throwing the game through the nearest opening.
