Quick question.. So now that the fridge safe plug is in,should I carry on switching off the DB board when we have LS.. I normally switch it on 10 minutes after power returns(when it's during the day)

.yes it will help all the other goodies as well .earth leakage first then each circuit breaker one at a time .

That Fridge Safe does that function for you. It only reconnects 5 min after power return.

Was just trying to prolong the device by doing it myself when I am home.. Not sure if I am now wasting my time

I already use mine for over 10 years without any problems. If you switch off the DB to preserve other items, then you must still do it

Got mine from a local battery centre that does solar installations. You should be able to find it on google.
