In December my wife and me went to the local Mtn shop at Groblersdal Mall to upgrade our contracts. We decided on the phones that we want and the guy did the paperwork. He told us to give our old phones to the other clerk so she can transfer our data from our old phones to the new ones, and that we must come back after an hour. When we returned they told us that there is a problem with my phone and that we must return the following day. The male clerk said that his female ****orker forgot a certain card at home. When my wife went to pick up the phones the next day, they told her that there is a problem with my phone and we must return the next day. When i went to get the phones, my phone had a lock on it. The lady said that they can't unlock the phone. I asked for another phone but they refused. I left the phones with them to sort out the problem, but till today, 21 February we haven't heard anything from them. I have been a client of MTN for more than 15 years and that is the way they treat us..
