This happened to the foreman working on my renovations... This in CPT.
He was pulled over by taxis and had his keys taken from him.
Taken to an ATM at gunpoint and had to draw money to give to them and then he got his keys back.

He was picking up his own building guys, but the taxis consider that stealing their routes.
