Suspension sms

Anyone else get an sms threating to suspend their account because the account owns money?

My account is an automatic charge against my credit card, why would I be getting this? It's iBursts responsibility to deduct the funds.

Wow, I actually got through to the accounts department... and they say my account is balanced... wtf?

They suspended my account 2 or 3 times last year even if I didn't owe them any money. One of the times they couldn't even reinstate my account and had to create me completely new username. They don't have a clue what is going on.
