Third world manufactured vehicles destined for a third world country - just a pity we pay first world prices mostly due to taxes ect.
Suzuki's aim when they returned to the country in 2008 though :

Suzuki passenger vehicles destined for the South African market will be produced at the Kosai plant, while all other vehicles will be coming from the Iwata plant. Both these plants are situated in Shizuoka, Japan.
SMC has 31 major overseas assembly plants outside of Japan, as well as 13 overseas sales subsidiaries and affiliates.
