Swapout Problem

Hi
Hope someone can answer me. On the Vcom website it clearly states that for a swapout, no origianl packaging or cd is requiered. Vodashop in Mimosa Mall Bloemfontein tells me the opposite? All I have is my original proof of purchase? Can anyone help?

Tell them to call the dealer help desk while you are there... whilst Vodacom would prefer the packaging returned, ALL you need to return to get the new card is the old 3G card!
 
Can you maybe give me the number, so that I can phone it while in the store? Because they would probably decline to do that as well. Thanks for the help!

You can call any of the customer care numbers, free from a Vodacom cell phone. 1082; or 082 155. They will be able to give the store the bulletin details where this issue was explained.
