Swapping Blackberries - how to help!

Hi guys

I have a torch, my fiancee just got a bold as an upgrade from her curve. I want to swap my torch for her bold. What is the easiest way to get my contacts, email accounts etc off my torch, wipe it, and on to the bold, and to get her contacts etc off her curve and onto my torch?

I have blackberry desktop manager as does she on our laptops and have backed up the phones.

I have an idea on how to do this but don't want to mess it up, so if anyone can help I'd much appreciate it.

Make backups of Bold and Curve in BDM first.

Use the Device switch wizard in BDM to switch you from Torch to Bold.
Wipe the Torch. (Wipe Handheld, somewhere under security options, I think).
Use the Device switch wizard in BDM to switch her from Curve to Torch.
Wipe the Curve.
