I bought my girlfriend a set of earrings for her birthday. She did not like them and therefore wished to exchange them for a pair we found online. The earrings were bought at Swarovski Mall of Africa. Upon her arrival today at Swarovski, with the unworn earrings she was told that "There are no exchanges or returns on earrings purchased and your boyfriend should have chosen the correct earrings". The receipt was not included as she had forgotten it at home. We were both well aware the exchange could not be made without it but we thought to atleast try. The warranty card was is also in the package.
My girlfriend was told "Upon purchase I informed him about the return policy". I was not told about this, there was nothing said to me in regards to exchanges or returns when purchasing the earrings.
The purchase was made on the 14th of March 2019.
I have tried contacting Swarovski but no reply to e-mail. Does anyone know what there return or exchange policy is as I cannot find it on their site.
