sadly, i've decided to downgrade from adsl back to isdn 
hopefully things will improve within the coming year and it'll be worth looking at again.
at least i had a good laugh today at the Telkom office. I asked the dude about the costs of installing and renting multiple ISDN lines. He tried to check out the info on the Telkom website, and much to my amusement the site was taking ages to load.
It's the first time I ever left a Telkom office with a smile on my face
