I think sales probably began to stagnate. The needed a way to make more money enter: in app purchases.

On Android.

This gives free advertising for the paid IOS version as well as the above.

Only thing I wish was easier on Swiftkey is to get the to the "\" character. It takes 3 presses to type \. They should allow one to customize long press characters.

Or add some long presses to the number line...

It looks like the in-app purchase of themes is their new profit model.
They don't even really need it, I was reading an article about thier patented prediction algorithms and apparently they license it out to other manufacturers for use in thier stock keyboards, as well as other manufacturers who just ship devices with swift.

Does seem a bit soon as a IOS marketing scheme, buddy, maybe thy knew before the rest of us.

Basically, I think they make enough money if the licenses for the software to now need to sell the app itself and even the in app purchases are just really thier for some extra cash and a sort of "thank you donation" from users.

I uninstalled it because of the space after a full stop. URLs are fun to type.

Was hoping that they had fixed their swipe method but there is still no way to get it not to add a space automatically after every word. Back to Kii.

Mine adds a space but then if I put a fullstop or whatever at the end it automatically removes the space? Like this. And this! And so on.

Sorry for the slight necro.

Anybody else finding their Swiftkey unable to load languages since this morning?

And updating language packs keeps on failing.
