Switch from Axxess to...?

So I use Axxess' R496 10gb service at work to not run foul of the corporate data usage limits.

The problem is since almost day 1 the actual service is erratic with multiple timeouts and restarts of the modem required. Signal according to the 3G router is not the issue. It seems, by what I've seen, to be a network issue.

Interestingly despite claiming to run on the MTN network my router indicates it is in fact Cell C.

Any suggestions on alternatives?
Pros that made me decide on Axxess to begin with included:
- Month to month payments
- Data rollover
- Hard capping when reaching the 10gb, preventing any nasty bills.
 
Strange. Have you tried another router? Mine this side runs without issue.
 
I tried the dongle they supplied as well as a 3G router. Both had the same issue unfortunately :(
