Buy one of these:
https://www.takealot.com/totai-changeover-gas-regulator-kit-2-pigtails/PLID91134310 and a roll of PTFE tape.
Install it yourself.

@Moereloos - thanks, but I'm no good at DIY. I called a professional, turns out the changeover switch was leaking and the gas stove now works again. Loadshedding-be-gone once more

Glad the problem is fixed.

You may need a COC, check with your insurer.
When I swapped my insurance and they saw my gas stove they asked for a COC.
