Switch router between ISP's - Software?

Hi all and a happy new year.
At the moment I have two accounts. One uncapped and the other capped/unshaped.
I download videos/pictures from a camera in the Pilanesberg. This I do mostly at night, but sometimes I have to download during the day. I cannot download on the unshaped account during the day as the throttle it something terrible. It's fine for email and browsing etc. though. So I sometimes switch to the capped account during the day to do downloads. I'm sure that I have seen posts somewhere on MYBB about software that can access the router and do it for me, but I can't find anything. I tried a Google search, but that seems to take me to the wrong links. I'm sure I'm not wording correctly.
So if anybody here knows about the software, please post something here.

Dial your accounts manually through PPPoE.

Set your router to bridge (or half-bridge) mode and then initiate the connection from you computer.
