Although I have a Do3 package, I catch myself topping up with Telkom. In the past I was not keen on getting unshaped DSL due to its price (125 @ Webafrica) and the inconvenience of having to reconfigure the DSL router.
I have now noticed that Axxess offers a pre-paid 6-2-6 package (unshaped access between 6pm and 6am weekdays and all day on weekends). This suits me perfect, as I only need unshaped access during those times.
I have killed the manual switching of the DSL-credentials via a script (read more details on my blog).
I have not yet played any games seriously on Axxess, but I did notice that the ping-time to Google is a lot faster (TI:300ms / Axxess:199ms).
